Dr. David Maldow, a new Interventional Radiologist with Cayuga Health says that he and his wife have been blown away by how welcoming the Ithaca community has been.
Dr. Maldow says what he’s most passionate about with Interventional Radiology is that, “Interventional Radiology can show which blood vessels are supplying a cancer tumor and [we] go in through minimally invasive procedures to inject chemotherapy or radiation particles directly into that blood vessel for targeted treatment.”
