A night to celebrate the dedication of our Cardiac rehab patients. Features of the night included:
-The healthy living expo which included RASA Spa, CCHL, Healthy Food for All, IHF, CHI, Cardiac Support Group, Greenstar Cooperative Market
-Peer support/mingling of patients and their guests
-Speakers: Dr. Singh (Medical Director of CHI and CR), Dr. Stefac (Cardiologist), Sara Foster NP and 1 Cardiac Rehab participant
-Healthy cooking demo with samples
-Exercise physiologists led the group in a series of exercises they can do at home with therabands
