People diagnosed with cancer often find their worlds turned upside down. Cancer can impact every area of your life, from finances and physical discomfort to relationships with family and friends. Effectively coping with cancer requires us to attend to our physical health, as well as our emotional and spiritual health. By paying attention to all of these aspects, we can promote healing and recovery.
